•     The Division offers assistance with the protocols and paperwork involved in a number of Government enhanced primary care initiatives;
•     Chronic Disease Item Numbers;
•     In-home Health Assessments for patients aged over 75 as requested by GP (not for residents of Aged Care Facilities)
